Policy Summary
All EdgeVara subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any reason, except verified billing errors or where required by law.
No Refund Policy
All EdgeVara subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for any reason — including but not limited to cancellation, non-use, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. This policy applies to all subscription tiers and billing cycles (monthly and annual).
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain full access to EdgeVara until the end of your paid period, after which your account will revert to the free tier or be deactivated.
No Partial or Prorated Refunds
We do not issue partial refunds or prorated credits for unused days, weeks, or months remaining in a billing cycle. This applies regardless of when you cancel within your billing period. Downgrading your plan mid-cycle does not generate a credit toward future invoices.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by a technical fault on our end are the only exception to this policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at billing@edgevara.io within 14 days of the charge with your account email and transaction details. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or statutory laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law mandates a refund right that cannot be contractually waived (such as certain EU or UK consumer regulations), that right remains unaffected. EdgeVara will comply with applicable legal obligations on a case-by-case basis upon written request.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting EdgeVara support constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service. Accounts subject to an unresolved chargeback will be suspended immediately pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly at billing@edgevara.io before initiating any dispute with your bank or card provider.
Free Tier & Trial Access
EdgeVara offers a free tier so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage you to use the free tier to assess whether EdgeVara meets your needs. Upgrading to a paid plan indicates you have made an informed purchase decision, and no refund will be issued on that basis.
